The foldable Honor Magic V2 was introduced in July of last year, but the phone was not released to the world until late January 2024. The global journey of this phone’s successor will start much faster. The Honor Magic V3 will be introduced to the world at IFA 2024 in Berlin in early September.
Honor’s IFA event will be held on September 5th and will start at 15:00 Turkish time. In addition to the Magic V3, two other products will be launched at this event. The MagicPad 2 12.3 and MagicBook Art 14 2024 will also be revealed in Berlin.
It should be noted that the Magic V3 looks extremely impressive with its 9.2 mm thick and 226 grams weight case. The phone, which has thickness and weight values close to smartphones such as the Galaxy S24 Ultra, is also notable for being thinner and lighter than foldable phones such as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
At the heart of the foldable phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The phone is powered by a 5150 mAh battery. The 50-megapixel main camera on the Magic V3 is complemented by a 50-megapixel 5.3x periscope camera and a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
How much will the Honor Magic V3 cost in Europe?
The Honor Magic V3’s European price is likely to be a bit high. The Magic V2 was launched in Europe for 2,000 euros. The Magic V3 is expected to come with a similar price tag. It remains to be seen whether the affordable Magic Vs3 will make its global debut.
