Honor 400 series will come with a 7000mAh battery and metal frame

Honor attracts attention with its number series smartphones, which it introduces twice a year in China. Announced in December 2024, the Honor 300 series included the Honor 300, Honor 300 Pro and Honor 300 Ultra models. The brand seems to be planning to introduce the Honor 400 series in the first half of 2025. Information shared by a Chinese technology leaker revealed the first details about the battery capacity and design of the Honor 400 series.

According to the leak, Honor has adopted a large battery strategy for its 2025 smartphones. It is claimed that the Honor 400 series will have a battery capacity of 7000mAh or higher and will be equipped with a metal frame for durability.

The Honor 400 series is expected to be introduced in May 2025 and will consist of three models: 400, 400 Pro and 400 Ultra. However, there is currently no other information about these models.

Honor 400 Pro and Ultra may come with Snapdragon 8s Elite

In the previous Honor 300 series, the Honor 300 Ultra and 300 Pro models used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, while the Honor 300 model was launched with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. The 400 Pro and 400 Ultra models are likely to be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Elite processor.

The Snapdragon 8s Elite processor, which appeared in Geekbench, has the following features: 1 core running at 3.21GHz, 3 cores running at 3.01GHz, 2 cores running at 2.80GHz and 2 cores running at 2.02GHz. Adreno 825 is used as the graphics unit. It is stated that this processor will also power models such as iQOO Z10 Turbo / Turbo Pro, Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, Poco F7 and Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro.

Honor is expected to offer a device series that will attract the attention of users with this combination of large battery capacity and new generation processor. It seems likely that more details about the series will emerge as the launch date approaches.
