Google Documents Documents turn into Podcast with Gemini

Google further integrates Gemini Gemini with Workspace applications. In this context, Google documents have been commissioned by a remarkable feature that closely concerns its users. Users will now be able to listen to a document in podcast -like way through digital vocalists. This offers a different look at the content before sharing the document.

This feature of Gemini was not completely new, but was previously used in a research tool called Notebooklm. The same ability could be tried by uploading a file through the Gemini mobile application. However, the ease of access has increased significantly by integrating this technology into Google documents. Users will no longer only read the document, but to listen to it like a podcast.

Texts in Google Documents are now performed with artificial intelligence

This new feature is not limited to reading the document by voice; At the same time, it provides a summary of the content and offers an overview of the user. In this way, while deciding whether or not to send the document, the content can be reviewed faster and more differently. In addition, it is thought that it may be useful for detection of spelling errors or notice of expression disorders. Despite everything, it is controversial whether artificial sound is as effective as natural expression.

Another innovation for Google Documents was the command “Help me, improve”. This feature offers suggestions for users to analyze their existing texts and make them more powerful, clear and consistent. Instead of rewriting the text, the system directs the user with various comments. This means a very functional assistant for users who do not have editorial support.

On the other hand, a new artificial intelligence feature is being tested on the Google E-Tablolar (Sheets) side. This function, called çat Analyze Me, ”, aims to support users to interpret their data more effectively. This system, which goes beyond graphic and table production and provides trend detection and orientation, works as a kind of digital data analyst. However, the use of this feature will be found in the period of the year.

Google aims to move productive artificial intelligence with Gemini beyond classic office functions. These innovations, which aim to save time to users in writing, editing and evaluation processes, have the potential to transform business processes. Support systems, especially for individual users or small teams, can increase productivity. Nevertheless, it should not be forgotten that the last control of human beings is still indispensable.

Gemini’s ability to offer voice feedback through the document allows users to establish a more interactive connection with content. Listening to a written text aloud may be very useful to test the rhythm and consistency of the narrative. Nevertheless, it is difficult to say that this method will be equally effective for everyone. This reveals that usage habits will vary from person to person.
