Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 Comes with thinner design and big screen

The details of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 models, which Samsung will add to the foldable phone series, continue to become clear. The new technical information shared through Weibo reveals that there will be significant changes in the design and equipment of devices. Especially elements such as subtlety, screen sizes and battery capacity seem to shape the user experience of new generation folds. Samsung has not yet made an official verification before the launch on July 9th.

The Fold 7 model will only have a thickness of 4.2 mm when it is open. When folded, the thickness of the device remains at 8.9 mm. This makes Fold 7 one of the finest foldable phones produced so far. With a total weight of 215 grams, it is expected to have a structure that supports hand ergonomics.

One of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 front cameras will be 10 megapixels

The outer screen of the device will be 6.5 -inch, while the inner foldable panel will reach a size of 8 inches. This screen configuration may offer advantage in terms of content consumption and multiple tasks. The front camera, which will be located in Fold 7, is said to be in 10 megapixel resolution. The fact that the camera has a 100 -degree viewing angle may allow you to capture a large area, especially for video calls.

However, it is not yet clear which front camera has been mentioned. The fact that the under -screen camera technology is no longer used strengthens the possibility that the sensor may be on the inner screen. On the other hand, it is said that the Snapdragon 8 Elite For Galaxy Chipset will be on the hardware side. The high performance and efficiency of this processor can provide Fold 7 beyond daily use.

When the Flip 7 sides are switched to, the delicacy again draws attention as a prominent detail. The device is designed to be only 13.7 mm thick when folded. This means a significant thinning compared to the thickness of the previous generation, Flip 6. When it is opened, it is expected to have a 6.5 mm body.

The weight of the Flip 7 was leaked to 188 grams, which is one gram more than 187 grams of Flip 6. Despite everything, this difference is unlikely to feel in daily use. In addition, the outer screen of the device will be 4.1 inches. This dimension is at a competitive level compared to competing devices such as Motorola Razr.

On the inner screen there will be a 6.9 -inch panel, which means an upgrade compared to the 6.7 -inch screen in Flip 6. The fact that both screens reached 2600 nit hill brightness can provide a comfortable imaging even in sunny environments. There is a 300 mAh increase on the battery side. The battery capacity of 4000 mAh at Flip 6 will increase to 4300 mAh at Flip 7.

In addition to hardware leaks, software details are not yet clear. The innovations in the One UI interface are thought to be as important as hardware improvements. Both models are expected to be launched at the launch of details such as IP rating, camera modes and connection options. At this point, Samsung is estimated to take into account user feedback in previous generations.

Samsung’s UNPACKED event on July 9 will be the date when these two devices will be introduced in all details.
