Apple will most likely introduce the iPhone 16 series next month. The company is said to have set a shipment target of 90 million for the new iPhone. Allegedly, Foxconn, Apple’s number one manufacturing partner, has hired 50,000 more workers to its factory in Zhengzhou to meet this ambitious target.
The maximum capacity period for iPhone production usually begins in August and ends in December. It was reported that Foxconn increased the number of employees and increased hourly wages in order to ensure maximum capacity during this period.
It is also among the information given in the news that Foxconn has increased its recruitment bonuses. It was stated that the recruitment bonus, which was previously 6000 yuan (28038 TL), was updated to 7500 yuan (35048 TL).
