Samsung’s Galaxy A series continues to attract the attention of users with its affordable and performance-oriented models. After the Galaxy A25, which was introduced in December last year, the first images of the new member of the series, Galaxy A26, were leaked. According to leaked information, the dimensions of the Galaxy A26 are stated as 164 x 77.5 x 7.7 mm. With the camera protrusion, the thickness reaches 9.7 mm. These measurements show that the device is longer, wider and thinner than its predecessor, the Galaxy A25. It is estimated that the Galaxy A26, whose screen size is also expected to increase, will have a screen of approximately 6.64 inches.
In terms of design, the Galaxy A26 appears to come with a flat display and a waterdrop-shaped notch. It is noteworthy that the subframe is kept relatively thick. On the back, the triple camera setup is collected on a single island instead of the individual lens circles in the previous model. The sides have a flat design, and Samsung’s “Key Island” design, which houses the power and volume control keys, allows the keys to be placed more easily.
On the hardware side, it is stated that the Galaxy A26 will come with Samsung’s Exynos 1280 processor. This processor was also used in the Galaxy A25. According to benchmark results, the device will come with at least 6 GB of RAM; However, different RAM and storage options are likely to be offered. On the software side, the device is expected to come out of the box with the Android 15 operating system. This means it will offer users the most up-to-date Android experience.
