CMF Watch Pro 2 smartwatch and Buds Pro 2 wireless headphones introduced

Nothing’s sub-brand CMF introduced its first smartphone, the Phone 1, along with the Watch Pro 2 smartwatch and the Buds Pro 2 wireless headphones. It’s worth noting that these two products are follow-ups to two models released last year.

The Watch Pro 2 has a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen. This screen offers a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The refresh rate is 60 Hz. There are more than 100 dial options for this screen with a maximum brightness level of 620 nits.

The company is also introducing interchangeable curved and flat watch bezels for the Watch Pro 2. These bezels, combined with 22mm watch band options, allow you to change up the look to suit your style.

The smartwatch comes with an aluminum alloy case and mid-frame, as well as a crown for navigating the user interface. New this year are customizable widget screens that are just a swipe away from the home screen. Widget customization is possible via the CMF Watch app

The Watch Pro 2 tracks the usual health metrics including heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress and sleep tracking with an updated sleep detection algorithm. There’s also a proprietary Cywee algorithm, interval training, personal HR zones and warm-up exercises, and over 120 sports modes await users. The built-in GPS receiver tracks your walks, runs and hiking sessions. You can also export your workout data to Strava, Apple Health and Google Health Connect.

It is also possible to make calls, control media content and receive notifications via the watch. The Watch Pro 2, which has an IP68 certification for dust and water resistance, has a 305 mAh battery that promises 11 days of typical use and 9 days of heavy use.

The CMF Buds Pro 2 feature the same design as the CMF Buds, but come with some notable upgrades on the inside, chief among them being dual drivers featuring 11mm dynamic drivers and 6mm planar tweeters for richer sound quality.

The Buds Pro 2 also support the LDAC codec for high-bitrate audio streaming, as well as adaptive noise cancellation (ANC), which is reported to suppress ambient noise by up to 50dB. Another major change is that the dial on the case is now a full-fledged button, allowing you to adjust your volume, accept and end calls, and turn the ANC on and off.

There are 3 microphones in each knob with updated voice pickup and wind noise reduction algorithms. Nothing also offers Spatial Sound Effect for a surround sound experience. Battery life for the headphones and case is up to 41 hours total playtime with ANC off and up to 30 hours with ANC on.

How much should I pay for the CMF Watch Pro 2 and Buds Pro 2?

The CMF Watch Pro 2 will be available in light blue, black and orange on July 12 for 69 euros. The Buds Pro 2 will be available in dark gray, light gray, orange and blue on July 12 for 59 euros.
