Centric, the Indian smartphone vendor has launched a new smartphone at MWC 2019 (Mobile World Congress). The company has launched the Centric S1 smartphone and this is the new flagship phone of the company. The phone’s biggest highlight is the pop-up selfie camera which was recently seen in the Vivo V15 Pro smartphone.
Apart from the pop-up selfie camera, the next biggest highlight of the phone is the in-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone also comes with the Pump Express 3.0 fast charging support which is touted to charge the smartphone up to 50% in just 20 minutes. Here are the details of the Centric S1 smartphone.
Centric S1 Price & Variants
Centric has launched the smartphone S1 in two variants i.e with the 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM. The 4GB RAM variant comes with the 64GB internal storage while the 6GB RAM variant comes with the 128GB internal storage variant. The price of the 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage variant is $310 which is approximately equal to Rs 22000. The company has not announced the price of the 6GB RAM variant.
Centric S1 Specs
Coming to the specs details of the newly launched Centric S1 smartphone, the phone features a display of 6.39-inches. The phone display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and it is a full HD+ AMOLED display. There is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 processor available on the phone. There is 4GB/6GB RAM with 64GB/128GB internal storage.
The smartphone is a dual sim smartphone which runs on Android Pie 9.0 out of the box. Moving to the camera specs of the phone, there is a dual rear camera. The rear camera of the phone has a 16MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. The smartphone has a single camera on the front with an 8MP sensor. There is a pop-up camera on the front.
With the pop-up selfie camera, the smartphone will compete with the likes of the Vivo Nex and Vivo V15 Pro smartphone. The phone has a battery of 3080mAh and it comes with the fast charging via Pump Express 3.0 support.
