Apple Powerbeats Pro 2 and iCloud is preparing to announce the event invitation service

Apple’s sports and fitness -oriented wireless headphone series Powerbeats Pro’s new generation model Powerbeats Pro 2 can be official on February 11th. Mark Gurman, one of Bloomberg’s reliable technology editor, says that the new Powerbeats Pro model will be introduced on this date based on the information it receives from sources close to Apple. Wireless headphones, which are expected to be the price of $ 250, will attract attention with their heartbeat speed monitoring feature. It is also stated that Apple will also offer improvements in noise blocking performance thanks to the current H2 chip.

The PowerBeats Pro series, which the company offers for sale under the Beats brand, is especially preferred by athletes and active users. The new model will offer more color options like orange. Apple announced in September 2024 that Powerbeats Pro 2 will be introduced in 2025. Since then, the company’s Instagram account has been shared by various athletes in these new headphones. This is considered as one of the developments pointing out that the date of launch is approaching.

The new PowerBeats Pro 2 comes with more advanced sound technologies and health features for athletes than the first generation. Monitoring heart rate, one of the biggest innovations, will allow users to follow their biometric data during training. The H2 chip promises to offer stronger noise blocking, improved sound quality and longer battery life compared to the previous generation.

PowerBeats Pro 2 will come without design change

On the other hand, compared to Apple’s other products in the headset segment, Powerbeats Pro 2 is expected to maintain the design of the ear hooks, especially for athletes. This design prevents the headset from playing even in exercises that require intense movement.

Another innovation that Apple is working on is a new event invitation service that is being developed for iCloud. This feature, which is known as “Confetti”, will offer users a more modern invitation method for parties, meetings and various organizations. According to Gurman, Apple plans to develop this service in a way to compete with platforms such as Partiful and Calendly.

Details about the company’s new event planning service are not yet clear. However, Gurman says Confetti can be introduced this week. Apple has made some important updates in the calendar application with iOS 18 in the last period. These innovations, which offer users a new moon appearance and facilitate integration with the reminder application, made the event planning process more functional. Confetti is expected to work fully integrated with Apple’s calendar application and make invitation processes more efficient.
