AirPods Pro 3 may come with more advanced noise cancellation features

Apple’s popular wireless headphone series AirPods Pro is preparing to raise the bar in audio technologies with its new generation model. According to recent claims, Apple’s AirPods Pro 3, which is expected to be released in 2025, may offer significant improvements, especially in active noise cancellation (ANC). These claims were shared on the X platform by Kosutami, who is known as a reliable source in the technology world and often makes accurate predictions.

AirPods Pro 2 was introduced to users in late 2022. This model stood out as a product in which Apple made serious progress in active noise cancellation technology. The company announced that AirPods Pro 2 offers twice as good noise cancellation performance compared to the first generation AirPods Pro. However, it is predicted that this performance will be taken even further with AirPods Pro 3. According to the information shared by Kosutami, the ANC performance of AirPods Pro 3 will significantly surpass its predecessor.

It is said that the new model may offer innovations not only in the field of noise cancellation, but also in terms of health monitoring features. These rumors are considered as part of Apple’s strategy for wearable technology products. It seems likely that the company will add new sensors and monitoring technologies to the AirPods Pro 3 to more closely monitor the health data of its users.

Apple is working on AirPods 4 as well as AirPods Pro 3

In addition to the developments regarding the AirPods Pro 3, it is known that Apple is also working on the AirPods 4 model. This model is expected to be released in late 2024 or early 2025. According to Mark Gurman, Apple also has plans to add active noise cancellation to the AirPods 4. This innovation is considered as part of Apple’s efforts to standardize noise cancellation technology in its headphone line.

Other important details about the AirPods 4 include the claim that the device will be released in two different versions. Both of these versions will have an innovative design that aims to offer a better fit and superior sound quality. In addition, the AirPods 4’s charging case is expected to be updated with a Type-C port. The Type-C port is known as a connection type that Apple has included in most of its new-generation devices and makes data transfer and charging faster.

Allegedly, one of these two versions will feature a speaker in the charging case. This speaker will be designed to work with the Find My Location feature to help users find their lost headphones. This feature stands out as one of the steps Apple has taken to improve the user experience.

Another detail that is suggested is that the AirPods 4 will be equipped with Apple’s own H2 audio analysis chip. This chip will have higher processing power than previous generations and, along with the active noise cancellation feature, will provide a significant improvement in sound quality. It is thought that Apple’s development of this chip is for the purpose of optimizing noise cancellation technology and maximizing sound quality.
