These new 27-inch monitors aim to stand out in the gaming world by offering high-level features in terms of speed and image quality. The Predator XB273U F5, featuring Nvidia G-SYNC Pulsar technology, and the Predator XB273K V5, equipped with AMD FreeSync Premium, aim to make a difference in the gaming experience.

The Predator XB273U F5 model offers gamers a smooth and uninterrupted image flow with a 360Hz refresh rate and WQHD resolution, while the Predator XB273K V5 model promises incredible clarity at 4K UHD resolution with a 160Hz refresh rate. Thanks to Dynamic Frequency and Resolution (DFR) technology, gamers have the flexibility to adjust the resolution for a higher-speed gaming experience.

Acer Predator XB273U F5

Acer’s new Predator XB273U F5 monitor has a WQHD (2560×1440) resolution and stands out with its 360 Hz refresh rate. Thanks to Nvidia G-SYNC Pulsar technology, game movements are reflected on the screen more smoothly and without interruption. This technology eliminates screen tearing, which is especially advantageous in competitive games. With 550 nits of brightness and covering 90 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut, the monitor offers vibrant and lifelike colors with HDR support.

Moreover, thanks to its low response time of up to 0.5 ms, even fast-moving scenes are displayed clearly and sharply. This gives gamers a great advantage in competitive games. The monitor offers extensive connectivity with HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 connection options.

Acer Predator XB273K V5

Equipped with 4K UHD resolution and a 160Hz refresh rate, the Predator XB273K V5 allows gamers to enjoy a clear image without missing even the finest details. AMD FreeSync Premium technology prevents screen tearing, making the gaming experience smoother. With DFR technology, users can easily switch between resolution and refresh rate according to their gaming needs. The monitor offers deep blacks and bright whites with a 100,000,000:1 contrast ratio, while providing more vivid and impressive images thanks to the VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 certification.

Supporting 95 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut, the monitor aims to offer the most realistic images with 1.07 billion colors. At the same time, it provides consistent image quality from every angle by offering a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees with IPS panel technology. It also offers an ergonomic usage experience with its height adjustment, swivel and tilt features.

Price and release date

The Acer Predator XB273K V5 will be available in EMEA in the fourth quarter of 2024 with prices starting at €699. With their advanced features and high performance, these new models stand out as an attractive option for gamers looking for a superior experience, especially in competitive games.
