Acer has announced the Swift 14 AI and Swift 16 AI Copilot+, powered by new Intel Core Ultra processors. These stylishly designed notebooks are equipped with an NPU (Neural Processing Unit) capable of 48 trillion operations per second to meet powerful AI workloads.
James Lin, General Manager of Acer Notebooks, stated that the new Swift Copilot+ computers will help users organize their lives and increase their productivity. Intel Vice President Michelle Johnston Holthaus emphasized that the new processors offer superior performance, long battery life and security features. The collaboration between the two companies promises powerful hardware and AI performance that meets users’ needs.
The Swift 14 AI and Swift 16 AI models accelerate AI workloads with Intel Core Ultra processors and Intel Arc graphics. These models can quickly perform productive AI tasks and are energy efficient thanks to P-cores. In addition, users’ digital data is protected with built-in security features at the hardware and software level. Biometric security is prioritized with the Microsoft Pluton security processor and Acer User Sensing technology.
The new Swift models stand out with their thin and light designs, while also offering excellent image quality with their 90 Hz refresh rate and HDR TrueBlack 500 certified OLED displays. Offering 14-inch 3K or 2K resolution display options, the Swift 14 AI also provides high color accuracy with the Swift 16 AI series, which comes with a 16-inch 3K OLED panel option.
How much should I pay for the Acer Swift 14 AI and Swift 16 AI?
The new Swift models are designed with recycled materials, using Acer’s environmentally friendly manufacturing approach. The Swift 14 AI will be available in EMEA starting at €1,199, while the Swift 16 AI will be available in December starting at €1,299.
