Acer introduced two new 14-inch gaming laptops

Acer appeared before game lovers with an announcement that resonated in the technology world. It introduced two new 14-inch gaming laptops, including the Nitro and Predator Helios Neo series. While these new models created great expectations, especially among game enthusiasts, they once again revealed Acer's innovative approach in this field.

High performance and mobility: Nitro 14

Acer Nitro 14 attracts attention with its prices starting from $ 1,299.99 and the option to configure up to AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor. Equipped with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card, 32GB LPDDR5X SDRAM and 1TB NVME SSD memory options, this model offers an ideal option especially for users looking for mobility and high performance together. With 120Hz G-Sync display options, 2560 x 1600 or 1920 x 1200 resolutions are offered, thus promising an uninterrupted and fluid gaming experience.

Predator Helios Neo 14: High-end performance

The Predator Helios Neo 14 model, which targets a higher segment, is offered at prices starting from $ 1,799.99. This model, which can have up to an Intel Ultra 9 185H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, comes with three different display options: 165Hz at 3072 x 1920 resolution, 120Hz at 2560 x 1600 resolution or 120Hz at 1920 x 1200 resolution. These displays come with Nvidia Advanced Optimus support and have the same memory and storage options as the Nitro 14.

Acer also announced the updated Nitro 16 model. While this model can be configured with both AMD Ryzen and Intel Core processor options, it stands out with its Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card and AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS or Intel Core i7-14700HX processor options. Equipped with high-resolution display options and Nvidia Advanced Optimus support, this model offers high storage and memory capacity.

Acer's new gaming laptops offer innovative cooling solutions such as the use of liquid metal between the CPU and the cooling block. This provides lower thermal temperatures compared to traditional thermal pastes, helping devices maintain high performance even over long periods of use.

These new models from Acer also come with a feature set called “Experience Zone”, which includes a number of AI-related functions. These features are easily accessible by pressing the NitroSense key, while all models also come with a dedicated Microsoft Copilot key on the keyboard and a free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

The 14-inch Nitro and Predator Helios Neo will be released in North America in May, along with the AMD and Intel versions, and the Intel version of Nitro 16 will be available to users in EMEA in June 2024. These new models reinforce Acer's claim in the gaming world and once again confirm its promise to offer users high performance, innovative features and superior gaming experience.
