Realme GT 8 series is on stage in October

Realme is preparing to open a new page in the flagship segment. The company’s Vice President Wang Wei confirmed that the Realme GT 8 series will be introduced in October. Wei stressed that this new series will bring significant innovations not only in terms of design but also on the hardware side.

This description shows that Realme will also be strongly involved in the intensive launch of the Android market in autumn. Many flagships are expected to appear on the stage in September and October. The Xiaomi 16 series seems to be a pioneer in this calendar.

Realme GT 8 series will attract attention with its strong hardware

GT 8 and GT 8 Pro models will come with Qualcomm’s future with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor that has not yet been introduced. This processor, named SM8850, will be ambitious in terms of performance and energy efficiency. In addition, thanks to the high graphics power of devices, it is expected to offer a high -level experience in mobile games.

On the screen side, the GT 8 Pro is likely to be available with Samsung production of 6.85 -inch and 2K resolution OLED panel. This panel is said to have a preventive coating technology. This coating can improve image quality by reducing glare and reflection problems.

The most remarkable innovation in the camera features seems to be the 200 megapixel periscope telephoto sensor. The use of the Samsung HP9 sensor is on the agenda and this hardware will be included in the Oppo Find X9 Pro. Thanks to its high resolution, it is expected to make a difference especially in zoom performance.

Realme seems to take an ambitious step in the battery capacity. A battery that can exceed 7,000 mAh will be used and 100W fast charging support will be offered. In this way, long time as well as a very short time filling can be provided.

It is said that the metal medium frame will be preferred in the body of the device. This structure will both increase durability and offer a premium feeling. In addition, the level of resistance of the device to water and dust is expected to be improved.

On the security side, the 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is remarkable. This technology can offer superior features compared to classical optical sensors in terms of both speed and accuracy. Thus, the user experience becomes safer and more practical in daily use.

There is no clear information on the price side yet. Last year’s model Realme GT 7 Pro, 3,599 Yuan (approximately 20.420 TL) was on sale with the initial price. The GT 8 series is expected to be available in a similar or slightly higher price range.
